We are looking for talented individuals with Program Manager experience to join our team.

Primary Focus:

  • Facilitating and driving the Quarter Planning Process, ensuring the Objectives/Initiatives are determined and aligned with Organizational Strategy
  • Ensuring the Dependencies and Risks are Determined
  • Developing Program Roadmaps outlining Milestones, Dependencies, Risks and Timelines
  • Managing and Coordinating the execution of the Initiatives and Objectives
  • Ensuring the alignment of the components: Scope, Timeline, Resources
  • Managing the Stakeholder expectations, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the program
  • Involvement in the conflict resolution, ensuring the safe and positive, result-oriented work environment
  • Managing the Strategic Projects
  • Monitoring and Controlling the Program Progress; Track program progress and ensure deliverables are completed in determined Timelines
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program success (e.g., velocity, defect rates, delivery timelines)

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in related field
  • 5 + more experience in Project or Program Management and managing cross-functional multiple Teams
  • PMI Institute Certifications (PMP or PMI ACP or related certification)
  • Ability to see the big picture and align program goals with organizational strategy
  • Expertise in determining ad mitigating risks at the program level
  • Knowledge in Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Miro, Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of SDLC process from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance), tools and methodologies
  • Language skills : Russian (Must) and English (upper-intermediate)
