What You Will Do:
- Implement Agile methodologies, educate the team on Scrum principles, analyze and optimize existing processes, introduce improvements, and establish new workflows at the stream level;
- Organize and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including quarterly planning;
- Ensure effective team collaboration, identify and eliminate risks and obstacles to maintain productivity;
- Monitor key metrics (team velocity, workload, task completion), manage release planning and deadlines.
We are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (experience in FinTech/Banking is a plus);
- Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and frameworks (certifications are an advantage);
- Solid understanding of the software development process and product lifecycle;
- Advanced proficiency in Jira (task management, reporting, dashboard creation), Confluence, and Miro, with experience implementing these tools in teams;
- Excellent communication skills, including leadership and mentoring abilities;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective solutions;
- Fluent Russian, English level B1 or higher.
